Right now UA is running cheap fares specials to Hawaii. Is it me, or are some of these cases actually times when using Chase Visa Choices make sense...? Its $209 LAX to LIH. Isn't that a 30,000 mile award ticket? So you could buy this ticket for $209, and then use 20,900 Choices to get the money back and save almost 10,000 miles.

Actually, its not too bad if that is correct.
