We will be arriving AMS 12:30 PM next Saturday and will be continuing to TLV at 9:00 that night. Although we love AMS and normally would go into the city for our layover, we were just there and would like venture a little farther afield.

Do you have any ideas for nearby towns (preferably reachable by train from the airport) that would be a good use of our time on a fall afternoon? We don't need lots of excitement, just a nice town to walk through and relax in would be great.
