Well we do know from a previous thread, there are 308 million different possible PNR's, say 4,000 flights daily, average 150 passengers per flight is 600,000 PNR's used daily so there is a 5,100 day (70 months) supply which has to cover 8 months since he flew and 11 months of existing reservations.
Might not have recycled quite yet.
