Indeed. I was underwhelmed with the service versus the last times I was upgraded - I'd honestly never seen it so perfunctory. For example I got my dinner tray and it had no silverware on it, no glassware and the soup had spilled on to the tray. I recall that you used to be offered a roll. In this case the f/a simply took one out of her basket with the tongs and held it out to me. That's classy. Once she left, the other f/a's walked through the cabin every 5 minutes refilling the wine and water we'd asked for, so I think she was having a bad day. The food was really good though.
