Have you tried catching a UX flight out of IAD? My flight from SEA-IAD-ROA was delayed over 4 hours Saturday morning because operation apparently forgot to schedule the entire flight crew! Be glad they got rid of the "Connections Barn" G Termain. What a mess that was!
