Your choices are somewhat dependant on your day of travel. It appears that your choices appear to be to transit in AMS or JFK, ATL on most days, or possibly LAX. SEA-AMS would be on NW, then KLM or Aeroflot from AMS-SVO. Although Aeroflot has improved a lot over the years, KLM should be the safer and better choice.

If you connect through JFK, you can take Delta the entire way, or Delta/Aeroflot. This seems like a good choice, but departure is at 7:50 AM and I don't know if this is reasonable given your JNU-SEA leg.

The DL flight to Atlanta leaves very early, at 6:30 AM.

The AMS and JFK options appear to be your best choices, with the NW/KLM option being the fastest to your destination. As for seats, the NW longhaul (332) should be better than DL domestic (752). But the KLM flight is a 737, versus a 767 on Delta or a 763 on Aeroflot. Via ATL, you can go on 767's all the way.

I don't think it's daily, but there is a 6:00 PM LAX-SVO flight operated by Aeroflot.

If it was me, I would probably take the NW/KLM routing as it's the fastest and Schiphol is a reasonable airport for transferring, especially if flying KLM C.
I think I'll go Delta/Aeroflot route. Either way I'd have to overnight either in SEA or JFK so it doesn't matter to me.
NW/KLM seems to be pretty good but about 3.5 hrs of the journey will be in a standard economy seats Nah... I'll give SU J a try.
