The problem I have with the whole towel experience is that sometimes the towels are barely damp, the other times they are completely saturated with water. I have had to ring them out. I know this may seem pety, but why can't the attendents be trained to use the exact same amount of water each time?
Don't they just pour hot water from the coffee machine over a stack of rolled-up towels? Maybe it's hard to pour evenly. The one you had to wring out was probably countered by a nearly-dry one they gave to someone a couple rows back
