There was never a function to check your upgrade status online. The way to do it, is to simply look at your reservation details and look under "Room details/description." It is in my experience that smaller upgrades (like to a deluxe room, corner, club level etc) will show. However, if you get upgraded to a suite, most likely you will see "the system is currently unavaiable" or "we have your reservation but are unable to show you the details." When you see those, that means you are most likely upgraded to a suite A call to Platinum Concierge will confirm If you see the details as the same one that you had booked....that means you didn't get any upgrades..at all
