They cannot even confirm which plane they will be using in 2 weeks time on the BKK-NRT 11 Nov evening flight.....

Thank you JackR I am a newbie to all this international travel stuff. I can now show my kid a picture of a 763 and 777 (3 class) on the internet as he was curious what type of planes I might be flying on. Thank you again for taking the time to help me out.
