ELIGIBILITY: Honda CR-V Red Carpet Ready Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including DC) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 09, 2006 and ends at 11:59 ET on December 31, 2006 (the “Contest Period”).

Contest Entry: During the Upload Phase go to http://honda.eprize.net/hondacrv and follow the links and instructions for entry. To participate, each entrant must design a vehicle by selecting: 1) a Honda view; 2) one (1) of the following Red Carpet Background Themes: Movie premiere, Awards night, Runway Fashion Show, Art Opening or Charity Event; 3) a vehicle color; 4) a set of wheel rims; 5) a vanity license plate; and 6) decals. Submit your completed vehicle design. After submitting your design, complete and submit the registration form. Then, write a short essay describing how the vehicle that you designed fits your personality. Essays must be between 75-100 words. Limit: Each Contestant may enter one (1) vehicle design and essay during the Upload Phase of the Contest Period.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE :Winner’s choice of one (1) of the following: 1) Red Carpet Movie Premiere in Los Angeles to be fulfilled by June 2007 (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) or 2) $9,000. The Red Carpet Movie Premiere in Los Angeles includes: round trip coach airfare for two (2) a from major airport closest to winner's home to Los Angeles, California; limousine transportation to and from the airport in Los Angeles; $1,000 spending money; three (3) days/two (2) nights deluxe hotel accommodations (single room double occupancy); two (2) tickets a movie premiere fulfilled before June 2007 (movie premiere determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).
