Some other notes:

1. A few people suggested sending it in English. I still prefer to send an english version together with a German version. As someone who very often reads documents written in a non-native language, I know that the document will be much more persuasive if carefully written in the reader's native language.

2. If you want to "sign" the letter, please send me:
1. your name
2. your SEN # (you can also send me your PIN# if you want to help with my next vacation )
3. any other status you have on competing airlines.
This is information will NOT be made public. If we release a final public copy of the letter, it will be removed.

Please also tell your SEN friends who are not on FT to send me the same details.
