Absolutely fantastic, I cant tell you how impressed I am.
Just one suggestion ... maybe we should incorporate the AUA group into the letter somehow and then send the letter to both LH and OS. This might double our chances of it being seen, as well as highlight the scope of the customer base which is being affected.
Just as an aside, do you think that we should be asking for guaranteed waitlisting. I know this is my little pet idea at the moment, and I will drop it if people think it is a bad idea - but if we cant get the guaranteed booking back for some classes other than C and Y then maybe guaranteed waitlisting (as SENs will get to the top of the list) may be of some use - especially to those of you who fly for fun and book moderately far in advance; better than nothing or should I just shutup now
