I think it is marvellous that you would take the time to think about this and draft this. As a customer and SEN of Lufthansa, I would fully support your aspirations. I, too, think that LH needs to do a far better job in treating its top clients.
Although, I have now had the "pleasure" of flying Spanair and must say that LH does a tremendous job. Some partners in Star Alliance are no Stars at all! Anyway, I support you and let me know what is going on!
