I do too. The old way worked to my advantage about 2 weeks ago. I was in the CRC and overheard a gentleman talking with the DL bartender about the upgrades. He said that there was only one seat left in F and he was 3rd on the list as a GM. The bartender said he could buy a Y fare and trump everyone on the list, but he had already had a Y fare that he purchased the day before (at the time V was not available). I, on the other hand, purchased a T fare back in August and was number 1 on the upgrade list. When I got to the gate, I had a shiny new boarding pass for F waiting for me. The other GM on the Y fare didn't get the upgrade and seemed bummed. I was seriously considering giving him my seat in F, but then I thought, hey it's not my system I am taking advantage of He definitely was more "deserving" of the seat than I and I think the new priority system may help in that regard.
