I stayed here last January. I'm platinum and was travelling with three friends. We were upgraded to a room on the C-Level that had a board room in it, which was super great! The concierge helped us plan out a tour to Cousino Macul and Concha y Toro wineries, mainly by subway. They'll set up one with a sedan too, but subways worked for us because we're kids on a budget (except for Marriott points, we spend those like water!)

C-Lounge staff were great. Pool was small, but not super busy. We spent may a night with some bottles of wine from the nearby grocery, sitting by the hot tub!
