Air France charges 55 euro's per longhaul flight on fuel surcharge (one month ago 65), even on award tickets. You fly 4 longhaul flights, or 220 euro's ($275). On top of that all the airport taxes (CDG ain't cheap).

Maybe someone knows the anwer to my question: if I book an FB award with FB points on CO flights, will I have to pay KL/AF their fuel surcharge?
