Well the reality can often be different than the schedule, since there are so many factors that can enter into the equation. Especially since Acela travels much greater distances than any Keystone.
But on the paper schedules there are no Keystones that have a shorter run time NYP - PHL or PHL - NYP, than an Acela Express.
