Hi,
I buy nearly all my TG tickets at the TG office in the Kerry Building West Nanjing Rd Shanghai. Most are e tickets. I do not think the chances of having them couriered are high as I once tried to have the ticket couriered to my house which is only 15 mins away by taxi and was denied. However Travel agents in PVG do courier tickets to private addresses. But the up side is that they dont charge any extra for buying the tickets with a credit card, unlike travel agents which charge 3% extra. Give it a try anyway. It can´t be any more difficult than escaping Alcatraz.
