Another possibility would be CGK-HKG-JFK-YVR-DFW-YYZ-LGA-MIA-LHR..., increasing your miles and using the N. America transcon. Several riffs possible on this theme.

While not trying to change your itinerary aribtrarily, if you're traveling to CGK in order to save money on the ticket, be advised that the price for a DONE5 ex-Indonesia is now about USD200 higher than an ex-OZ DONE4, or USD500 higher than an ex-NZ DONE4. If I remember the rules correctly, you can end any Oz/NZ xONEx in the other country with no penalty, so if you started in NZ you could end in Oz (and have your 2 continent-of-origin stopovers still allowed) with the rest of a year to use the final segments.

If mileage is a big deal, you'd need to think about mileage augmentation - maybe another longhaul pair in Europe (MAD-CAI and then LHR-DXB?) to compensate for the loss of the CGK-HKG miles. Dunno.

EDITED TO ADD: No, I didn't remember the rules correctly. You have to end in Oz if you start there, ditto NZ. Don't know the price from PER to NZ and back or how it compares with PER-CGK.
