Whenever I get the call center in India I ALWAYS ask to be connected to an agent in the USA. They'll try to explain that they can help and I simply keep repeating the phrase, "Please connect me to an agent in the USA." By the third or fourth request they get disgusted with me and I'm connected to the USA. In these situations I always end up with an agent in SLC. It may sound rude, but I can't stand dealing with an agent on the other side of the world as I'm trying to make a reservation for travel in this country. Come on Delta ... enough is enough!
