Two things...

The OP says the flight arrives on Dec 30th - New Years's Day is Jan 1st, so you should make it by then.

I don't know anything about this bus service, but if you're allowing 15 minutes between landing, clearing immingration, collecting baggage and getting onto the bus, this could prove very tight.
