I hope that upgrade booking works better than award flight booking :

Examples :
- If you book an award flight online, and then change anything in the PNR (for instance the seat assignment by phone), you can't display your flights anymore under InfoFlyway ...

- Award flights booked online for a friend/relative are showed in your booked flights list, but can't be displayed.
