Yes, it takes about 1 day after your reach 1P for the exit rows to show up. AND...don't bother calling 1P desk because they will not be able to assign you exit row seats either. The seat map will show "occupied" to the agent until you status comes through
Sometimes even more than 1 day as is the case with 2 family members who just recently completed the 1P milage requirements.
