I signed up with them about two weeks ago. So far, I have found them to be very attentive. I wired funds from the US last week so I will finish setting up my account later this week. They are going to structure the account so I can maximize BA miles. I especially like their interest rates on dollar accounts. It is a good place for me to park funds while I wait for the dollar to strengthen against the pound.
