My order of preference based on recent flights in F:

Swiss: La Prairie in the olive messenger bag.
TG: Hermes bag and amenities (+ Elle PJs and slippers)
LH: La Prairie in a blue and grey zipper bag. (+ Van Laack PJs)
LH: Aigner in a black zipper bag. (+ Van Laack PJs)
South African: Hard shell black zip-up box with some great local herbal cosmetics. (+ sturdy trackie bottom PJs)
SQ: Bvlgari in the standard zipper bag (+ (poor quality!) PJs)
