I have an award ticket for Dec 29th 2006, how long before can I cancel and get my miles back. I know it costs $100 to put the miles back in, but is there a minimum amount of time?? Thanks.

Also I was supposed to get my ticket in the mail, but never received it and am currently out of the country, any suggestions.
