Has anyone been experiencing Easy Check-in issues? After 60+ flights this year, the last three times I have tried to check-in online, I have been getting the message "Please see a United Representative at the airport to check-in."
As a result, I have to check in at a counter with a real person, a Kiosk will not do.
When I go to the desk and show the agent my ID, the agent picks up the phone, calls somebody and prints out a boarding pass.
United.com phone support said they are having a problem with online check-in for Premier Exec and IK members.
Is anybody else experiencing this issue?
