Not sure, but I noticed about a week ago that Cheaptickets no longer offers its flexible dates search either.

First Dream Maps and now Orbitz and Cheaptickets-

I suspect it has something to do with showing taxes and surcharges for international flights. That was the explanation given when Dream Maps stopped showing international destinations.
