I found a form under the Customer service section of the Hertz.com site. I filled in and submitted the form yesterday. I got an e-mail reply this morning that they had incorrectly charged and would reverse the extra charge. It should show up in a couple of days.
The e-mail response was pretty fast - less than 12 hrs to turn it around.
While HERTZ has their share of problems, especially with HLE and not company airport locations, I find the 'head office' customer service to be very good.
