maybe you might be able to see it on the new beta site and
maybe change your seat there.....
BUT beware:
- I don't recall seeing on the beta thread about UA operated codeshares being available or not
- it sounds as though your TA booked it -- unlikely to be able to change seats anyway
- as I posted a few minutes ago, there don't seem to be any E+ seats free anyway at this point.
