Liz I have great respect for ya-all, including the pilots or I wouldn't have entrusted my personal safety to the employees of UAL for over 297,000 BIS miles thus far this year. In fact, I am eagerly looking forward to visiting the Denver Flight Center next year for qualifying with over 300K EQM's in 2006. I especially appreciate your professional input on FT, but the pilot (captain), in this instance would have served his customers, and the other employees of United better if he would have ALSO kept his personal problems and opinions to himself, as you have!
