On this subject, does anybody know where I can find (in English) a complete DB timetable? Some friends want to take the train from FRA to MUC. I looked at the DB website, which seems to indicate that such a trip departs approx every hour (during the day/evening) and take 3.5 to 4 hours. That seems unusually long to me. Perhaps I should be looking in a different place for the high-speed trains? (Is the ICE-Sprinter different from the ICE?)

Thanks

Ahh:

This was the first ICE Line! HAM-MUC - no stop in FRA Airport. IIRC they go hourly. Just remeber MUC is surprisingly far east to those not au fait with German geography. I remember getting on the train for the first time, thinking: "This'll only take two hours"

Regards,
Alex
