Okay, I see that later on in the Fare Rules. I guess that will be inportant to point out. But it still may be a struggle when the way the rules are written the agent can pull stuff out about the fare recalculation and mis-apply it to inbound changes on our tickets. Don't know if I will be able to get them to honor this without a protracted struggle.
