Best -- Waived blackout dates for all elites for award travel

Worst -- partnership agreements (both earning and using miles)

NW WordPerks

Best - Unlimited elite upgrades for all tiers

Worst - Lowest tier elites aren't allowed to use the dedicated elite phone line
