Must be AF staff as KLM do not like people smiling or god forbid giving a smile back. I'm sure if I was to go to a funeral I'd see more people smiling than I'll ever see lounge dragons smiling.

It's sad to put it that way but, I've tried everything. Nothing can make them smile.
