Apologies if I have broken any etiquette here. Don't know if the same rules apply to both LH and UA and intended to get perspectives from both sets of flyers. Not everyone reads both boards. For example, there was a message here in LH board that a M&M representative had stated that flights from a single PNR is credited to a single airline for this promotion. This may not be true for UA MP.
