I spent the past 3 nights at the Pen, but made it over to central and had dinner Saturday night at Nichollini's in the Conrad. My view was of the MO, and what I found very interesting is the lit up hotel rooms at the MO would make you think the whole hotel was open. Is there any pattern as to what rooms are opening first?
