You Want to Go Where? is right that now the info is available for non-UA fliers, unfortunately A and C, as you noted, is for UA fliers (and a few LH flights but those folks will do customs first) -- and for those UA fliers who actually need the info they will now need to do additional searching/looking for this thread as it's not residing with the airline specific threads, like it would for the other non-UA airlines when they occupy the terminals under discussion.
