I have always used Priority Club (my fav InterCon and Crowne Plaza hotels), primarily I love their reward booking experience. It is easier than anything else. Just make a reservation and Priority Club takes off the points required for the hotel stay, and all you have to do is to show up in the front desk and they would have prepared the door key already.
