Thank you for your kind words about Club World - it's always good to know we're doing something right and I found your report very interesting - it's a pity, however, that you didn't wait a little while before sampling the service!

"Son of New Club World" will roll out before too much longer! I can't say anything more than I have seen it and it promises to be a huge improvement on your experience! (Not quite as good as First Class though, otherwise we'd never be able to sell First!)

However, British Airways have sworn me to secrecy and will take out a contract on me if I breathe a word before the official press launch - so Watch This Space!
