MCO is awful as well - with AA handling the flights. last flight i waited 54 minutes from getting off the plane until the first bag arrived (after sitting on the runway for 30 minutes waiting for an AA plane to pull out from the gate). the AA agents were bothered whenever anyone asked when the bags were coming.
i agree that is will be great when AS overtakes at ORD!
