Sharon, my Dell Latitude 400 keyboard went bad twice. Started with the keys in the upper left hand corner. Turned out it was the wire connector between the keyboard and the motherboard worked its way loose. Hope your problem is as easy to fix. I bought one of those flexible roll-up keyboards to use until my laptop got repaired, which Dell did the next day, even though I was in Alabama at the time.
