This is only speculation on my part but I gather that if/when LH does announce a new status, the benefits will most probably be related to bonuses for mileage accrual, special priorities on waitlists and other non-infrastructure related perks. Perhps some high-price gift a-la SQ. I cant see LH spending a lot of cash in new or special lounges for what is seems like will be quite a small group of flyers, unless they are willing to upgrade their existing SEN facilities and then run a very tight velvet rope policy thereby funelling all other travellers (including the hoards of Star Golds) to their already 'Shanghai-like' FTL/Business Class lounges.
