I purchased a new RCC membership today (1st club membership ever--took advantage of the 10,000 miles bonus!) and instead of getting a confirmation page that I can print for visiting between upcoming flights Oct. 25-27 and Nov. 2-5, I get an error page ("that page cannot be found"), so I have no proof of purchase and no e-mail confirmation. When I tried to purchase again, I got a "You cannot renew now" message, so it appears I am a club member, but no proof. Any suggestions? Call the RCC number tomorrow?
the same thing happened to me quite some time ago when I first bought my membership... it's good to see they fixed it.
I just showed my BP the next day and got in without any problems.
