The same error message popped up for me too this summer! I called RCC the next day and they verified that my membership was valid.

Before receiving my RCC card, I had no problem entering the RCC in SFO after the agents looked up my info in their computers. When I arrived in the HNL RCC for my codeshare flight to OGG, the lady at the front desk said in somewhat of a rude manner, 1Ps cannot use the RCC on domestic flights. I said that I am aware of this, however I haven't received my RCC card yet. She asked to see my RCC purchase receipt/confirmation printout. I told her that their website was having issues when I made the online enrollment into RCC. She said, everyone has a printout. I told her that the computer came up with an error message and that the folks in SFO were able to let me into the RCC this morning after verifying my info. She said, you're lucky our computers are up and running otherwise we wouldn't be able to let you in. She found my info and said welcome, and to stop by on the way out... she'd fill out a temporary membership card out for me in the meantime.
