Aw, shucks! I have never done that, it just came to me as an image of an old fashioned gentleman placing his handkerchief on a park bench before settling to watch the human parade.

Frankly, the issue doesn't bother me personally. I just know that some are truly grossed out. I see no reason why those citizens should have to put up with that when they get fat nothing in return. It's another loss of dignity presided over by the barely trained.
