And as an aside, I dont see too much of what is in this thread is bashing - unfortunately it is mostly factual in regards to AA's shortcomings. Having flown them for about 20 years, I would like nothing more than to see them make the same transition BA did under Lord King and Lord Marshall, but the first step is admitting you have a problem - not blaming it on your industry.
