You can get 1 coupon that valid 1year(6/1-5/31), and you can get additional 1 coupon for 6month(12/1-5/31). so total 2 coupons per 1000 share per year. To obtain those coupons you have to be a share holder on 3/31 and 9/30.

You can get 50% off for each domestic sector per coupon, ofcause you have to surrender your coupon each time as you use.

You cannot buy the coupon from ANA, but you can trade it from other shareholders, the price is usually 10000JPY/Coupon.

Shareholders discounted fare is nearly equals to Normal fare, almost no restriction, ex. all changes are permitted. But it is "No Endorse", and also milage acuuracy is 75%.
