Does this apply to any AC flight leaving the EU, or those sold to EU residents? My EU departing flight was right on time in YYZ. I flew to ORD, it was late, so I ended up arriving in SLC 16 hours late. I'm going to contact Customer 'Solutions' when I return, but don't know what to expect/ask for. From what I remember the EU rules are quite generous, but I'm not sure how they apply in this kind of scenario.
