I fly twice weekly from LHR-TXl, yet live in Birmingham. I was told by Executive Club that BAConnect would not give me tier points from BHX, but would give me miles. Yet the other day, looking at BHX-FRA, the box came up "purchase this fare and you will be invited to join the Executive Club" which hasn't happened before.

Does anyone know if you can get Tier Points on BA Connect/Plus tickets or if it was an error???

I could save myself a lot of driving!
